Exchanges and refunds are available within 48 hours of delivery, exclusively through our branch.
اوردرات القاهرة والجيزة: متاح الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وذلك من خلال الفرع فقط.

Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and the invoice included.
يشترط أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، مع وجود جميع التاجات والفاتورة الأصلية.
